Application Process
To participate in the program, students must submit these application materials:

• Completed online application form
• Faculty reference
• Student affairs reference
• Personal reference
• Official transcript of all college course work
• Certification form
• $50application fee

Applications must be received by these deadlines:

Spring 2009 Semester:

Early Application:  May 1, 2008

Regular Application:  October 1, 2008

Fall 2009 Semester:

Early Application:  February 2, 2009

Regular Application:  April 1, 2009

An application will not be considered until all application materials are received by the Council office. Completed applications received by the Early Admissions deadline are either accepted, rejected, or held for reconsideration at the Regular Admissions date along with all other applications received. Students should expect to receive e-mail notification approximately two weeks after application deadlines.

Once accepted, applicants will be asked to forward a $300 non-refundable confirmation fee which will be used to cover the semester book costs and local fees, and to secure travel reservations. Students are required to complete a health form and liability waiver releasing the program from any responsibility in the event of illness or injury.  Participants must also obtain an international student identification card.
